I want to have a low risk low volatility investment portfolio of stocks. Which of them do you recommend?

I would not recommend stocks with such a goal :) Take a look at bonds!

If you really want "investment" portfolio (=stocks) than I would look for big and stable companies with low leverage (<1 Debt/EBITDA) or AAA & AAA+ credit rating like IBM and Microsoft (which has a lot of cash on a balance sheet)

Another criteria in addition to the one in the message above would be beta <0.7
