Doest it make sense to invest in European stocks given the strengthening of the dollar?

There is a clear similarity between Fed money printing since 2009 and US stock rally and ECB money printing starting 2015, but with weakening Euro against USD it may not bring good enough returns. What are your thoughts?

US stock rally was about 15-20% in 2010-2013, so 20% loss in Euro during two years may leave $ returns of 5-10% which would not be called a rally.

That's the reason I am not very positive about the idea of investing into European stocks

You should also take into account that European rally would be slower as Europe in general is much slower in adopting to new economic realities.
