First, congratulations on successfully saving to date! This is a good capital for your age whether you plan to invest in your kinds or save for the future.
Now, taking into account your young age I would suggest leaving on deposit the sum you need and investing the rest to stocks: mutual funds, ETFs, direct investing.

In this case I would think about investing 50% into stocks and 30% in real estate funds and 20% in bonds
