Economic worries have equities in a deep hole but Gerry Brockelsby, Chief Investment Officer, Marquest Asset Management says the market is oversold. He believes global economic growth should pick-up later this year, commodity prices should have a "modest" recovery and that should lead the TSX to outperform U.S. equities.

Non-oil related might as the TSX market was cheaper than S&P... oil-related stocks will not let the market jump even if oil has some rebound (and I don't believe in a big one) as there will still be too much oversupply
